Answers to the most common sourcing questions from clubs, brands, and tournament organizers.
What types of OEM/ODM pickleball bag projects do you support?
We focus on OEM/ODM pickleball bag projects for clubs and academies, consumer brands, tournaments, and team or league programs. Projects range from simple logo placement on proven bag architectures to fully custom layouts, materials, and colorways built around your product or event plan.
What is the usual MOQ and lead time for custom pickleball bags?
MOQs are tiered by stage: 20–50 units for a first trial order, 100–300 units for standard wholesale, and 300–500+ units for fully custom brand/club programs. Development (design and sampling) takes 3–6 weeks from scratch, or about 2 weeks with a reference sample, followed by 30–60 days for bulk production once approved.
Which regions do you mainly serve?
We mainly support projects in the USA, Canada, UK, Australia, India, Germany, Spain, Japan, China, Korea, Netherlands, Singapore, Thailand, and Vietnam. If you plan to ship to other regions, you can share your distribution map and we will confirm feasibility, documentation needs, and realistic timelines
What shipping terms can you work with (EXW, FOB, CIF, DAP, DDP)?
We support flexible Incoterms such as EXW and FOB for buyers who manage their own freight and customs. For projects that need more support, we can also work with CIF, DAP, or DDP so that shipping, insurance, and in some cases duties are built into the overall plan.
What factory audits and certificates, including Scope Certificates, can you provide?
Our facility can provide common factory audit reports such as ISO‑based quality management and social compliance audits requested by international buyers. For relevant textile standards, we can share Scope Certificates that confirm our eligibility to produce certified product lines, and coordinate transaction certificates when a project requires product‑level certification
How do you handle design work, sampling, and tooling fees for new projects?
For new OEM/ODM pickleball bag projects, we usually charge a sample or tooling fee to cover pattern making, materials, and small‑batch runs. In many cases, part or all of this fee can be credited against your first bulk order once it reaches an agreed quantity, and we will explain these conditions clearly before you start
